What to Expect as a Community Member
Understanding how our peer learning community works and what you'll gain from participation
Who Should Join
Our community is designed for individuals exploring real estate crowdfunding participation for the first time. You might be considering this investment approach but want to develop analytical skills before committing capital.
Members typically have questions about how these opportunities work, what risks to consider, how to evaluate projects, and what questions to ask. Some have encountered specific platforms or projects and want to practice analysis in a neutral environment first.
You don't need prior investment experience or real estate knowledge. The community welcomes participants at all knowledge levels, and peer learning benefits from diverse perspectives and questions.
What matters most is genuine interest in developing your own analytical capacity rather than seeking recommendations about where to invest.
How Participation Works
Session Schedule
Biweekly online sessions last approximately ninety minutes. The regular rhythm allows time for reflection and self-directed learning between meetings while maintaining momentum.
Sessions occur in the evening to accommodate working professionals. Specific timing is coordinated based on member availability when each cycle begins.
Online Format
All sessions occur via video conference, allowing participation from anywhere in Argentina. This format also facilitates document sharing and collaborative review during exercises.
Sessions are interactive rather than lecture-based. Members discuss, question, and analyze together with facilitator guidance.
Group Size
Sessions maintain manageable group sizes to ensure everyone can participate actively. This typically means eight to twelve members per session cycle.
Smaller groups allow meaningful discussion and individual attention while providing diverse perspectives.
Cycle Structure
The community operates in cycles of six to eight sessions. This provides enough time to cover core topics while allowing natural endpoints for members who have achieved their learning objectives.
Members can continue into subsequent cycles if they want to deepen their understanding or explore advanced topics.
Between Sessions
Members often engage in self-directed learning between meetings, researching topics that emerged in discussions or practicing analytical techniques.
The facilitator suggests resources and exercises to support this independent work, but participation in between-session activities is optional.
Commitment Expected
Regular attendance helps members build on previous sessions and contributes to group learning dynamics. However, we understand schedules vary and occasional absences happen.
The main commitment is engaging genuinely with the learning process rather than treating sessions as perfunctory obligations.
What You'll Learn
Members develop practical skills for evaluating real estate crowdfunding opportunities through structured exercises and peer discussion:
These skills transfer directly to evaluating real opportunities you encounter independently after completing the program.
What Makes This Different
Understanding how our approach differs from other learning opportunities helps clarify what you can expect
Not Investment Advice
We never recommend specific projects, platforms, or investment decisions. The goal is building your analytical capacity, not directing your capital.
This means you leave equipped to make your own informed decisions rather than following external recommendations.
Not Academic Education
While educational, our approach emphasizes practical skills over theoretical knowledge. You practice analyzing actual documentation and formulating real questions.
The learning is immediately applicable rather than requiring translation from abstract concepts to practical situations.
Not Platform Promotion
The facilitator maintains no relationships with platforms or developers and makes no introductions. You never encounter sales pressure or platform promotion.
This independence ensures learning remains focused on your skill development rather than commercial objectives.
Peer-Centered Learning
Unlike traditional instruction where knowledge flows from expert to student, our approach emphasizes learning through peer interaction and collective analysis.
Members often learn as much from each other's questions and perspectives as from facilitator guidance.
Getting Started
Joining the community involves a straightforward process designed to ensure good fit and set clear expectations
Initial Conversation
Before joining, you'll have a brief conversation with the facilitator to discuss your objectives, answer questions about how the community works, and ensure alignment with our educational approach.
This conversation helps both parties determine whether the community is a good fit for your needs. Not everyone seeking investment guidance wants the self-directed learning approach we offer.
We're transparent about what we do and don't provide, ensuring you understand the boundaries before committing time and resources.
Joining a Cycle
Once you decide to participate, you'll join the next available session cycle. New cycles begin regularly as previous ones conclude.
You'll receive session schedules, access to materials, and information about how to prepare for the first meeting. The facilitator provides orientation so you know what to expect.
From the first session, you'll begin practicing analytical skills through structured exercises and peer discussion.
Have questions? We're here to help you understand whether our community is right for you.
